Heal Task! You didn't know you wanted it until now!
So, we have ways to damage monsters, kill things, collect items, but why not save a life! Okay, so NPCs don’t actually have life, but you know, you can make ‘Good Monsters’ and maybe you want to have wild animals that are injured, and if you heal them, they will follow you? Well to start you off on that path, here’s a HEAL TASK, that’s right, instead of killing you can complete a task by healing someone to full health. This task only completes on healing the targeted charactersheet to full. Allows you to set player as well, i.e., you can have a task that requires you to heal yourself, good for tutorials.
Ignore the inconsistencies in the video, I just dropped this in to test it, not final at all, but proof of task working π

Very cool, I can see many applications here. In my mind I just day dreamed a moment where a village elder is sickly and may pass soon, so you must either find ingredients for a cure, or somehow find a vial of healing syrum for them. Or perhaps a forest is decaying to time and darkness, but if you can find and heal all of it’s natives, it can be restored.
Anyways great idea lol
